EGOH is a real estate brokerage and investment advisory. We present projects by Egyptian developers, give guidance and coordinate purchases with developers. EGOH is not the developer or the seller of the properties shown on this site.
Information on this site
We take care to keep project information accurate, but details such as prices, payment plans, areas and delivery dates come from developers and can change without notice. Prices are "starting from" prices. US dollar amounts are approximate conversions from Egyptian pounds at a reference rate and are shown for guidance only.
Always confirm the details with us and in the developer's contract before you decide.
No offer and no guarantee
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a reservation or a binding commitment. Expected returns and discounts are estimates, not guarantees, and past performance of a market does not guarantee future results. The site's content is general information and is not legal, tax or financial advice for your situation.
Payments
This website does not take payments. Any reservation or purchase is agreed in a written contract with the developer, and payments are made under that contract.
Using the site

Content and trademarks
The EGOH name, logo and the content we create for this site belong to EGOH. Project names, photos and logos belong to their developers and are shown with their permission. You may share links to our pages but may not copy the content for commercial use without our written permission.

The site links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, maps and developers' websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Limits of our responsibility
We provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, EGOH is not responsible for losses that result from relying on information on the site without confirming it with us and in the developer's contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute is handled by the competent courts of Cairo.
